Spots on Sensor - HELP PLEASE

I have got spots on my sensor and have no idea what they are - dust or oil.
Need to click on image to get a better idea and I may have missed a few.
They are definitely on the sensor as they appear regardless of which lens I am using.
How do I get them off?

They all seem to be the same size!

Sounds like you need a wet clean. I haven't done this type of cleaning yet, but others on here do so maybe they will chime in. I know there is a video that was posted not too long ago.

i take mine to the camera shop but really need to learn this myself.

I use the visibledust smear away cleaning kit, works very well. You get 4 swabs and a small vile of cleaner. I can get 3 wet cleanings out of it, goes for about $25 at B&H. Make sure you get the right size for your sensor..

its not as hard as you think Lawrence, watch a few cleaning videos and you will be ok, i have done a wet clean twice, just recently bought the mag sensor loupe, i think Horoscope fish/hark recommended it and new cleaning swabs, something everyone will go through, $65 if i get the camera shop to do it.

I had that once as well. But after watching a few (hundred) u-tubes I got the courage to try it. Bought a wet clean kit from Adorama and it worked miracles.

Lawrence, this is the video that Jake posted for me last year when I first noticed the sensor spots on my D600. I used Sensor Swabs and the Eclipse solution. Sensor Swabs do make pre-moistened swabs, but the ratings indicated they left smear marks. I wound up buying the dry swabs (they come in sizes specific for DX or FX) and the bottle of Eclipse solution to moisten the swabs myself. They work well, and I will stick with doing it this way myself. A loupe also helps. This is the loupe that Horoscope Fish suggested to me. @sonicbuffalo used a different inexpensive loupe--perhaps he can give you the name of it since I know you can't always find the same things over there as we have here in the US.

I've done this Lawrence on my old camera and now about to be doing it on my new one.

I thought about it for a long time before I did it and watched vids on how to do it, as I was terrified, but it was really quite simple.
I ordered the gear online. You just need to make sure you get the right size swabs.

Some reading for you

SensorCleaning.com -- How?

and where you can get the gear, and the choices you have. I bought one of the kits. I thought it was a good alternative to taking it to someone else to do as I have heard of cameras coming back worse than when they went in to be cleaned. I figure if another human can clean a sensor then so can I :D
