Is ebay down or is it my computer?

I haven't been able to access ebay all morning. Is the site down, or might it possibly be my security software? I keep getting the message The web page is not available. I even cleared cookies from the past day, but I was able to get on there yesterday without any trouble.

If other people can access it, then what other suggestions are there besides clearing cookies? Thanks!

eBay works for me from home.

I just did that...still can't access it. And I opened a new browser just in case.

Apparently it isn't just me.

Mine has been on all day.....I am in New England

It's working here in Colorado, and it's even faster than normal.

It's working for me here in North Carolina too.

I was able to access it just now without doing anything else so it must be a glitch on ebay's end somehow.
