Finally got my X100T

I've been mulling over a few cameras to get for my birthday in Feb. I wanted something I could take anywhere and wasn't as bulky or intrusive as a DSLR but produced the same image quality. I've previously been disappointed by both the Nikon P7100 and the Panasonic TZ cameras to the point that I feel my iPhone 5 is as good when the ISO goes up.

I looked at the Sony A6000 and Fuji XT1 but I wanted to stick with my plan and not end up with another interchangeable lens system as I have all I could want in that respect.

I really liked the Fuji X100T both for looks, functionality and performance so I've got that with the wide and tele converters. I picked up a Domke fx5b rugged wear bag to house all the bits and it's an ideal size. I also have a small Black Rapid Snapr bag just for the camera. Whilst it looks nice I don't think I'm getting the leather case now as the other bags are more practical.

For extra light I ordered the EF20 flash which seems to do a good job. If I need more serious light I can attach my pocket wizards and Nikon SB900 speedlights. Although the pocket wizard flex and mini units are Nikon specific I can still control everything manually with my meter or AC3 module.

I've not done any serious shooting yet, but what I have done has really impressed me. Some of my shots were ISO 3200 and they are stunning quality.

I have the original X100 and its my favorite camera. So fun to use!
Wish I had the X100T for the upgraded sensor and wi-fi capabilities. Will wait for prices to drop a bit until I upgrade though.
