greetings from the Emerald Isle
My name is Tina & along with my wonderfully hubby; ma-in-law & elderly ginger cat we live in South Dublin, Ireland...
I've had my Nikon D3100 for a few months (combined birthday & christmas pressy
) but not had a whole lot of time to get to know it so my photos are a bit rough round the edges yet!
Looking fwd to learning & picking up tips & tricks to improve.
bye for now....
Tina

Re: greetings from the Emerald Isle
Welcome to the forum, Tina, and congratulations on your Nikon . . . the "gifter" has good taste! One day, I hope to visit your country. I saw it from the deck of a transatlantic liner. It seemed to rise from the mist at dawn like a brilliant jewel . . . I was mesmerized and vowed to go there someday!
I am so looking forward to seeing photos of your lovely country, and your family! Just let us know how we can help!Helene of OHK Photography and here's what I do with my images: Vivacini
There are always possibilities.--Spock

Re: greetings from the Emerald Isle
Welcome to Nikonites, Tina. I hope you enjoy your learning experience here, while having some fun along the way. We're a very informal group here, but we all enjoy our Nikons. We all learn from each other, and that's what makes this forum unique from many others. Looking forward to seeing some of your shots. Any questions........just ask.
Jack

A warm welcome to you Tina. Always nice to see someone from the Emerald Isle. (I have family - Duricks - from County Clare - love the Irish!)
Enjoy your camera and feel free to ask as many questions as you like - and of course share your pics too!
