Hi all..just joined up.I have been taking pictures for nigh on 40 years! had many cameras in that time but always wanted a Nikon..and now I am the proud owner of a D3100!

Go to Settings (Top Right)
on left side under (My Settings) you will see (Edit Signature)
You can set up you signature and insert image there.

Many people put a list of their equipment there or their favorite quote. Look around and you will see all sorts of signatures. Fun way to show your personality and interests.
I downloaded a shot of the D3100 and edited one of my pictures in the viewfinder just for fun.

I'm going insane now..if I insert the image that I copied I only get the text of that image..if I insert from my pictures it says does not support that file!! HELP

OK I uploaded pic and got it as my signature picture..the problem seems to be that my post count must be 10 or higher before it shows!! Am I right and have I done it correctly?
