(Real) Nikon Fx Mirrorless!

Luckily early rumors often have the specs wrong. It would be a huge blunder not to have a really good EVF on an Fx (or even DX) camera.

EVF can and most likley will come, the main thing i see at the moment is its using the regular F mount, wonder why, you would think the sensor would be too close to the back of the lens so need a spacer, this means it could be any mount with a FT1 type spacer.

It would be nice to have a FF mirroless option to use with older manual focus glass.

Although Sony A7 can do the same with an adapter it would be nicer to be able to use without adapters and to also be able to use modern autofocus lenses without adapters.

I'd rather like them to make the body a bit thicker so the standard F mount would fit right on. I wouldn't mind the thickness and I'd like to have the no mirror option (less vibration and moving parts), making the whole thing lighter.

as long as it has a pentaprism at the top im buying it!

I really like the XT1 mini window for fine focus thats in the EVF and I also like the specs that change orientation from portrait to landscape mode. very nice touch!

lenses today are not mini and it would nice if they really put effort on the ergonomics for better grip. your thumb/pointer finger and sourrounding muscles will get a heavy workout with a thin flat body.

and if I can install an add on grip to make it look like the hassie, damn im so in! we be stylin!

New Fotodiox grip turns any RX100 camera into a Hasselblad Stellar lookalike

After using the V2 with the FT-1 adapter I dont see it as a problem and it leaves them able to produce a range of lighter/cheaper lenses that will mount straight onto the body.
