Why not post the view from your front door, balcony, kitchen window etc.

Here's mine shot in Infrared:

The view from the front door of this place is not that flash but … I like the idea of this thread so here goes the cold and foggy street view we have this morning.

Hi all,
been out for a while. First of all I was on holiday for a week in Bulgaria visiting my family, then I did my back in taking this bloody shot. Was sat on the sofa, then all of a sudden the most amazing sunset materialized, it was still raining here in the valley but the sun was shining through in the distance. I "shot" up to grab my camera....... obviously a bit too quickly! Got the shot though, thats the most important thing.... even if it was on my hands and knees.....

I'm pretty lucky with the view I've got now, my last house overlooked an ASDA car park!

These are both views from the front of my house.

although the thread never really kicked off, I was stunned at the view from my balcony this morning and so am posting here again. The first rays of sun for more than a week and beautiful snow!
Unfortunately my Nikon batteries are charging, so I had to grab the Oly C-5060. Was fun working out how to operate this camera again :D

This is out the back door of my holiday home.
It's on poles on the side of a hill.

Not shot with my Nikon, but with a very old Sony Compact, but still, was a nice 'front window' shot from a B&B in Portugal, looking out onto the atlantic ocean
