With Nikon camera has ability to do HDR pictures?

Cameras with auto-bracketing make it easier, generally series 5xxx and above have this feature. You can manually bracket with your D3200, you just need to do each exposure separately. From there you will need software to merge the images, I use Photomatix (the $39 version).

OP is asking about in-cam HDR.

5300 does in-camera HDR, but two exposures only. I haven't tried it, but have read where it is not the best option for HDR.

I have used the in-camera HDR in the past but the results are less than spectacular. That also only work with JPG so you lose a lot to begin with. Also they only use 2 shots. D5100 and up can do auto bracketing so that really helps get the shots correct.
