I lived in Montana for a period in my life. Everyone knew everyone and if you got a cold it was news in the local newspaper.

It was an honest and refreshing life. I worked at the local camera store and I really enjoyed my time in Kalispell, MT :)

I enjoyed that picture, the lights, lone street, no smoke, cars, noise, smog, cigarette smoke lurking in the air. That'd be hard to see that in LA on a Friday night :-(

Hi guys, happy new year. It is almost impossible to find town like this here in Singapore. People travel north to Malaysia to experience it.

While many singaprean would say they love to live in town like this, they will not be adjust to such living, having lived in the city all their life.

Great shot and it looks very peaceful.

It is really a wonderful place to live. About 35000 people or so. Very friendly, safe place. Not all small town though. We have a three 18 hole golf complex that is part of the Robert Trent Jones Gold Trail here in Alabama. It has been home to one of the LPGA tournaments the last few years and is listed as one of the top 50 gold courses in the USA. We have over 70 restaurants ranging from the best chains to some great local eateries. Mixed with some great shopping and we are also a 20 minute drive from the State Capitol, Montgomery. So best of both worlds.
Happy new year to all the friends here at Nikonites.
