@Blacktop hers the roast I'm talking about

On rotisserie :D small smoke box over heat Loin not on heat I cook indirect smoke box will be taken out after 1 1/2 hours the Loin will cook for another 4 hours after that on low heat :D

That looks great... I really wasn't hungry till just now... and we had that last night for supper. But I do not remember it looking that good :D
