If you want to make the folks in a bar in Australia happy, yell out "My Shout!" and get out your wallet...
I've not been to Australia, but I've worked with and around many, and for the most part, if you're a decent person, they'll be very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They tend to be really great folks from what I've seen and experienced.
