New to my D7200 and its lenses, but not to photography (first roll of Tri-X in 1966).
Just got the D7200 and the 18-140 kit lens, and then added the AF-S 55-200 4-5.6G ED VR. The latter works fine, but the HB-37 lens hood is so loose it actually came off when I turned a corner while the camera was sitting on the passenger seat of the car. It rattles when fully attached -- whether forwards or reversed for stowing in the bag -- and can be removed with one finger. In short, there's no way this thing is going to stick around for long.
So here's my question: Is there a fix for this, or do I chalk it up as a sooner-or-later offering to the muses and buy another one in hopes it will be tighter?
