Speculation its a 85-135 f2,seems a odd size but its a range i dont use so maybe not.

If there's no focus creep to the zoom then that would be an absolutely killer portrait lens if the bokeh is there.

I would rather see a 24-70mm Art f/1.8 or f/2.8 with vibration reduction. I would be first in line for one. After that they could followup with a 20-200mm Art f/2 or f/2.8 with vibration reduction.

APS-C only, but if I'm planning on a D500, why not when you're essentially getting what's effectively a 70-200mm f1.8?! Yen to dollar translates to somewhere between $1400-1500. A lot for a DX lens, but this is pretty remarkable.
