Cleaning Rear Lens; What to use?

I have recently purchased a used lens, and I see a spot on the rear lens that I can't seem to blow off with my rocket. So I'm not sure what type of cleaner to use on it. Is the rear lens a different construction from the front? I don't want to scratch the lens or coating.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.;)

You can also try a lens pen.

Yup......love my Lens Pen. Don't leave home without it. :) Gently brush thelens, then use the lens cleaning portion of the pen to polish the lens. Instructions come with the package.

What I do is.....before I use the brush, I flick it with the tip of my finger to dislodge anything that might be on there.....and I do the same after I use it, just to make sure. :) I don't need another cap to worry about and lose. Also, I store the pen in my camera bag so it doesn't get dirty when not in use.

As Capt. Rex Kramer would say, "You don't know where that finger's been." I usually blow on it, but what's the difference between boogers and spit to a lens?

You're probably right about the cap and I keep mine in the bag as well.
