want a new camera?

hey iv had my d3100 couple of years now im thinking of upgrading what.and would like some advice on what to get i live in country side so alot of natuer photos.also like photographing some unusal things.any advice is welcome thankyou

Without going through the what do you want to take pictures of or what cant this camera do for you,ime just going to say D7100 or D7200 ,you will find a world of difference in the operating of both of those.

You don't say what your budget is, I have to agree with Mikew, the D7100 or D7200 are both very good cameras.

I started with the D3100. Moved up to the D5100 and then to the D7000 and now on the D7100. Skip all those steps and get the D7100 or if budget allows get the D7200.

There are some good deals on the D7100 now though. It is a great camera.

If you stay DX the D7200 but of you go FX, check out the D750.

If you can, get an FX body. D750 is just the thing to get if on a budget.

Oh, I don't know. I'm on a budget and getting one myself. Please don't tell Mrs.Blacktop.

I'll be the odd advice guy and ask ... What lens(es) do you currently have?

I think the D750 or D610, or D7200 are great upgrades, but if you don't have good glass to go with it you're still cutting yourself short. You'll be happier with great glass on the older D3100, than you will be with old kit glass on a new D7200/D750.
