Interesting to know what's coming out with other manufacturers but A Canon review on Nikonites? Is it because it's being compared to the 7100? Have no comments yet. Can't watch the video right now but will.

D7100 getting old, this guy is really staring to get on my nerves. 2200.00 for a crop sensor camera, wow. I pretty much stopped when he said with the kit lens you are in FX territory.

i will hand it to them, 10fps is a great selling point, now if Nikon would just listen.

OK I just watched the video, and I still swear that guy is a Canon guy. But the didn't really compare the cameras that are truely competing against each other from Nikon and Canon!

The D750 is obviously Nikon's contender for this Canon 7D Mark 2, and I believe there is way more competition there than he does, blowing off the D750 and not mentioning any facts about the features that are now available to the public as I've seen in a variety of videos. :(

I don't know why I let this guy bother me! I don't care about either camera to be honest, but that guy's bias for Canon makes me want to point out Nikon's contender and it's positives!

One thing he said that has me confused is the fact that in spot metering, it is linked to the active focus point.??? I always thought it was. Am I mistaken?

On Nikon cameras the "spot" for metering follows the focus point, yes. Not so in Canon's. You know how your Nikon has "Center Weighted" metering? Well Canon Spot Metering works exactly like that only the "spot" is approximately 2% of the total frame, measured from dead-center. This metering "spot" does NOT follow the active AF point.

Nikon has left a serious gap in the Dx line and Canon is filling it. Wonder why nikon stock is down? you cant tell customers what they want, you have to listen. Nikon wants us all to think that only Fx is pro.
