This project will most definitely be what you make of it. I can tell you that from experience, having failed at it last year. Half-hearted attempts will be met with half-hearted results. The ultimate goal here is to simply take better photos through constant shooting...the rest is up to you. 1 keeper photo per day, for 365 straight days. It's not upload last year's photos because you felt like being lazy today. It's not take 20 shots today and save the others because you felt like being lazy for the next 19 days. You're only cheating yourself if you do stuff like that. You can pick a single subject if you want. Flowers for example. Even when out of season, they are cheap to purchase at the store, and last for days. Take 365 shots of flowers in different light, from new angles, using different techniques...whatever you want. You can travel the world. You can find mundane objects around the house. There are no "rules" per se, for this challenge. I would, however, suggest taking at least 10 shots each day and pick the best one. If you limit yourself to a single shutter press each day, you're not going to stick with this. Take your camera with you EVERYWHERE if you have to. Set aside an hour each day if you have to. Do this each day before bedtime if that's what works for you.
