These are not about taking great photos, but the fun I had with my wife. The overcast was heavy and dark, haze in the air (combination of fog and pollution trapped in the valley between mountain ranges), and just one of those days where nothing has any color or contrast. However, fun was still had and that's what these are. No idea what kind of bird this is, but it was my best shot of the day under the conditions. Normally this would go in the delete file. Here is my long absent from photography wife - Moab Lady. Here she is striking her, "I'm AMAZING!" pose. And a cute little duck like bird with huge feet. Again, no idea what this is. Finally, a walking shadow. I just found this one funny because as she walked in her black apparel under the dreary lighting there were no features. She looked like a walking black cutout or maybe a big foot. It was great to have my wife out shooting with me again. Notice wifey, I said shooting with me and not at me... with a camera for clarification.
