If it does have the D4 sensor and a higher frame rate (8-10 fps?) then it's something "other" and a great fit for the sports and nature photographer who relies on the higher frame rate (the D800 only gives you 5.5 fps and 6 with a grip, the D600 is 5 fps). I don't shoot video much, and have bodies that do, so if I really <em>needed</em> the frame rate the ability to get it at under $2K with that D4 sensor is very tempting. So many people will tell you that 16MP's is just about ideal for any type of photography. I just pray it doesn't have a small buffer like the D7100. LOL</p></blockquote><p></p>
