Exact Focus Mode For this RAW File

Hello,
I am using a D7000 for models with the 35mm F/1.8 in most cases. I have tried all the AF-C, AF-A, and AF-S modes with the number of focus points. Can anyone tell me the focus most I was using with this RAW file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/jdy2vz5qpvx0k5u/DSC_0122.NEF?dl=0

I have tried a few free programs but they don't tell me the 'AF Area Mode' as it is called in the D7000 manual?

The image was shot at 100 ISO, 160th/sec F4 in what appears to be Continuous Focus mode, because there are 4 focus points in the image. 3 on the hat and in the that vicinity, and 1 focus point on her forehead... so you had multiple points active...
