I am starting a new venture, with a website that focuses on digital street photography. This project has been in the planning stages for months, and I am at a point where I want to begin looking for contributing authors. The site is currently live, though still in its infancy, and I am not ready to begin promoting it yet. A brief mission statement: One of the unique features of the site is using images from street photographers under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Non-author images on the site are credited to their creator, and at the bottom of the articles is a #streettog section that lists their name and links to samples of their work can be found online (Flickr, G+, etc). One of my goals is to offer additional exposure to street photographers who aren't household names. I am looking to add authors who are active street shooters who can write articles pertaining to:

Gear reviews
Editorials and opinions
Photo essays
Cultural impact (Detroit housing for example)
Guides/how-tos
This site is a stark answer to the growing number of lame photography sites on the internet that mostly aggregate (copy) stories and create catchy headlines to accompany poorly written articles. I am not looking to "scoop" anyone with late-breaking stories, but pertinent articles on social issues (like the Toledo water shortage) will always be welcome and give top priority. Interested contributors can send me a PM here on Nikonites.
