Compensation; Plus or minus, when to use it and how much? A lot of articles, I've read of late, suggest that a lot of photographers, never use more than +1 to-1 for compensation. I suppose a lot of them use 0.0 then do their work in post processing. What are your thoughts on compensation?

I've been reading some online photo articles of late, about shooting in RAW. Some of these folks, seem to shoot with very little regard, for how the camera shoots the image. I've seen suggestions, where they shoot, using very minute amounts of compensation if any, and set color to Neutral or...

Took this pic at my favorite park this morning. I generally shoot around 9:00-9:30AM, but wanted to get the earliest light I could. I think I shot this around 8:00AM. Been playing with freezing water motion. Want a critique on composition, lighting etc. Thanks,Vince
