The birds are back in the backyard - spring must not be far off - but it is only April so not time to take off the snow tires just yet.

Love my 200-500 for birding, but next time I go out to shoot this pup - I think I'll go with something not quite so long and/or not on my D7100, but nevertheless, it got the job done, even with bright backlighting.

This pup is airborne to get her treats.
