Turning Off on-camera flash when using Commander Mode

I must be blind...but I can't determine how to turn off the on camera flash in a D90 when using an SB-910 as a remote..

Please help me with the secret hidden Menu option????

Look in your Custom Settings Menu. should be E3....Built-in Flash.
