Triggers for Nikon D7100 and Yongnuo

I using the D7100 and have the Yongnuo Yn-568 Ex TTL flash, im looking wireless triggers so i can use the flash off camera, so will the triggers in the link do the job?

I use them and love them. I also use the same triggers on my Nikon SB700 I bought them for my D7100 and used them and now use them on my D750

yes I use the 622n. have no need for the tx unit. I had the 568. its a good flash. sold it though.

Very good units for Nikon iTTL use.
These units work very good for the price and reliable, I started with these using as many as 5 at a time.
Easy to control from the TX for remote setups.
Switched to PW for needed meter readings with Sekonic light meter readings

Just received my wireless triggers, so i have looked online for a simple video or explanation on how to set the flash up when using it wireless, so far cannot find one so anyone fancy talking me through it please?
