Ok would Yongnuo YN-565EX ETTL Speedlite Flash for Nikon be the best to start out with for a beginner and are they anything I need to add with it?

yes its a good flash. maybe down the line you migt like to get a bit more creative and invest $30 to get some wireless slaves so you can get the flash off camera. just be aware, your max flash sync is at most 1/250 and there is not HSS option in the slave or in the flash.

You may like to tell the guys what type of flash photography you will be doing. It may help when they to advise you.

Sure, and it will save you substantial money too. More power than SB-700, for less than 1/3 the price.
