    sharpness

hi, i just joined today, uploading 30 pics to the gallery this afternoon. one thing i have noticed is a steep drop in image sharpness when i enlarge a pic in the gallery section. shame about this. otherwise this site seems great!

    Re: sharpness

Hi Evan - welcome to the site. I believe the program that is used to resize the images to fit the screen has something to do with this. It also depends on the size of the original image that was uploaded.

    Hi and welcome Evan,

You've uploaded great macro shots in your gallery there. Were you using a flash or were they done natural light? If using a flash, was it a ring flash or a straight flash?
Only the Light can be perfect.

hi,glad you like them. i use either the onboard unit with a diffuser mounted on the hot shoe, or the sb400 with either the stofen,or lambency c1.
