Album Catalog Manager problem

Just reporting a bug I noticed when I went to create a new album. After hitting "add album", the message I received was "page not found". The page it was pointing to is "http://nikonites.com/managecats.php". After deleting the extra albums, I received the same message after hitting "delete album". Just an FYI for those with the keys.
