possible to add page numbers to "Latest Posts" topics on front page?

it would be nice if you could go to the last page on a topic youve posted on. for instance, if it has 3 pages, you click the topic, go to the thread then you have to press last or 3 to get to see the last comments.

Click on the little icon at the beginning of a thread title. It will take you to the first unread post.

There's a few ways to get to different post in a thread, but depends on which screen or window you are clicking as to what is available.

Using @hark 's screenshot, if you click the little black icon on the far right, it will take you to the last post.

If you click on a thread in the New Posts box (right of the screen) it will take you to that particular post, which is likely the last post.

Some of the small navigation icons are similar, but if you hover over any of the small icons, a little popup will tell what happens if you click the icon.

If you click the little red arrow to the right of the username, it will take you to the first post you have not read. I believe the only shortcut to the last post from the forum index page is thru the New Post menu on the right of the page.

yea, shame. I want to read the last posts most of the time and see new comments. sahme there isnt a 1/23 etc button at the end of the topic on those in the pic I posted.

I learned something new today--works like a charm. Thanks for the info!

There is a way to permanently arrange this.

Go to "setting", Profile's general settings and select "Linear newest first" under the thread display option. This is what I have done for quite a while and it bring you to the latest post of all threads you open. If you then want to go to earlier posts, it's just a matter of going down some pages. But it saves quite a bit of "clicking".
