I did that Joe, but nothing seemed to happen? The entry was only semi complete though, it was very hard to follow. Does it have to be approved by admin first I wonder?

You have to have a picture and certain certain fields are required. It shouldn't need approval.

OK, I'll try again. There was a huge list of fields with no indication of what was essential. I also didn't see anywhere for a photo.

I can see why no-one creates the product pages any more, they don't work!

Tried to create a new product many times today. Each time I try to upload a .PNG image size 131kb 353x300 pixels I get:

Gorf, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
  3. Voting on polls, uploading images to the gallery, and posting blogs require that you have at least 5 posts in the forum. If you recently made more than 5 posts, please wait at least 30 min for your account to be activated.

That's why I thought it was an admin job.

I also tried using IE, but it's such a truly awful browser I couldn't stand it for more than a few minutes. Did you know the Internet is full of adverts? :eek:

That may actually be related to another bug I'm working on with attachments, sorry :( I'm waiting on a response from a software vendor to get it fixed.

Edit: It's definitely related to the bug I'm working on...
