Sometimes when I hover my mouse over a picture I can see a little pop-up with EXIF info. However, sometimes it doesn't happen. I tried on the same pictures and sometimes I can see the EXIF and sometimes I cannot. Seems completely random. I'm using Mac OSX with the most recent Safari.

It's on the same picture. Happens to me as well . A lot. Have to refresh the page or even shut down the site and then re open it .

Same here. If I refresh the exif data tends to pop up. I'm using Windows Vista and Google Chrome
Win 7 with Chrome.

I use Windows 8.1 and Chrome. If the person uploading the images uploads directly into Nikonites....I usually don't have a problem with exif showing up. If, however, they upload from another website like Flickr, then the exif is stripped and you won't see it.
I think I know what you're talking about. Can you post a link to a thread that you see it happening on?
The weekly challenge thread is one as well as most others. Upon first loading a page, no exif data comes up. Reload the page and the exif data shows up or a message that "exif na" in the black box just where the exif is normally located. I just figured it was a slow connection on my end. Hope that helps.

My issue seems to be getting my exif data to post with my pictures. I'm somewhat new to the site, and have only posted a few pictures, however none of which show the exif data when hovering over the picture. I'm uploading the pictures from a folder on my local computer, and they do contain the exif data within the folder on my local drive.
Am I missing something when I upload them?

Okay, I made a change to how the exif actually loads. See if you are still seeing the same issue as before.

It seems to be working! I tried a few random topics and I can see EXIF data all the time. When there is no data, it still shows a little black box saying "EXIF N/A". Before I could only see a yellow box with the file name.
I will keep an eye on this and let you know if this helped permanently.
