So ready to throw my 2 hours old Windows 8 computer into the wall! Right now I'm dealing with Win 8.1 and it's apparent Bluetooth issues. Add in their is no start button where I can readily access any and all my programs or all these freaking windows that keep sliding in and out because I wasn't careful enough to keep my mouse away from the side of the screen. I would really like a computer to act like a computer and not a tablet!

I know the feeling. It's even worse on a laptop when using the touch pad. If you happen to open any Windows apps, make sure you go to the top left corner, right click and press close or else they will keep opening as you move across the desktop. You'll get used to it all very soon and forget all the blue screens of death that used to occur in Windows 98. :D

I've had no problem installing any software like CS5. You may have to install it as administrator though I didn't.
