Macro Lens Section

So I don't know if anyone else suggested this but I was wondering why there was a section for macro lenses like there is for every other kind of lens.

'Cuz then we'd need one for fisheye lenses, Tilt/Shift lenses, Parfocal lenses, Soft Focus lenses, Defocus lenses, Mirror lenses,.....

We DO have a macro lens section. It's just so small you need to use a macro lens to see it.

I wouldn't totally-specifically break up the lenses like that. It's already VERY nice we have a sub for each type as well as for each body. Next best board IMO would be Nikon Cafe, and they have everything crammed together sooo badly....

That and remember that MORE subs = more subs for mods to mod and yea, we've already got plenty.

Now, I would be all for a sticky FOR popular specifics per sub-forum and perhaps some links to fully-explained questions and such in each OP of those stickies.

I tend to only add new forums as the need arises. For example, if there is a new camera model, or there are a ton of threads about X in a general forum. Macro is one of the few topics that has its own lenses though, and since there is already a forum specific to that type of photography, there really isn't a need for a forum specific to the lenses too. I think it would confuse people more than anything.
