Below are some of the better shots I took on a trip a Rome, Italy. Most pics were taken with a 10-24mm Nikkor lens and D5000. Overall I was really happy with the performance of this lens and glad I brought it with me.

Brilliant pictures jdeg...results for this lens are fantastic...I am planning to buy a Nikon D90...please comment. D5000 seems to be working great. BTW is this the right time to buy a D90?

Inside settings are different depending on the picture. The camera was in auto mode most of the time. Nikon circular polarizer was used outside. (except for the wide angle shots)

Thanks for the comments!

I would wait for the D95 to come out - if you still want the D90 it'll be cheaper at that point. I don't know when it's coming out though.

Impressive shots jdeg, I'm looking into a 10-24 now. Did you use a filter? and did you have to eliminate distortion or are these shots as taken? Thanks for any input.

Thanks everyone. Cnyram, the 10-24 shots did not have a filter. Distortion and some color were corrected in photoshop afterwards (like the Sistine Chapel).
