I want to make some slow motion video with my nikon and adobe after effect, but my Nikon D90 is preset on 24 frames per second and its too low for nice slow motion, how can i change it on 60 or higher?

The D90 only does 24 fps...

Frame RateThe Nikon D90 captures images at 24 frames/second, the same frame rate used in the motion picture industry. This produces reasonably smooth motion, but we found that rapidly moving subjects close to the camera could look a little jumpy: The same as they do at your local cinema. If you've been using a digicam with a frame rate of only 15 frames/second (fairly common a generation or two back), the D90's 24 fps will be a welcome upgrade. On the other hand, if you've recently been using a digicam with 30 fps capture, you may find the D90's video a little jumpy. Once again, this probably isn't critical for "snapshot" videos, but another indication why the D90 really isn't a substitute for a dedicated camcorder.

The D90 was an early pioneer, the first Nikon DSLR that even offered video (and pretty sure it was the first of any DSLR to offer video).
The later models have faster processors and add some advances, 30p, and 60i in some cases.

I thought I was clear in my previous post.

The D90 will NOT do 60fps...

It will only do 24fps.

There is no setting because the camera won't do it.

If you want to do slow motion with the D90, you'll have to seek a software solution that basically adds blank frames to the 24fps...

If you google "slow motion software" you'll get a couple thousand solutions... depending on what computer platform you have, and how much you want to spend...
