It is possible but dependent how the images were captured and saved - was the EXIF information maintained? If so, the capture date and time should be embedded in the image.
Next question is where/how you going to display the images? Some sites can utilize the EXIF and display capture date and time. Others require you to manually enter them. Additionally, depending on how you post process your images, you may be able to include the capture date and time as part of the image.
Bottom line, yes it is possible.
