D800 battery grip - does anyone have an opinion on MeiKe grips?

I would really like to get a grip on my D800, both for the extra battery and the additional stability a grip offers when hand shooting (especially with this megapixel beast!) and frankly, the $400+ Nikon wants for their battery grip is extortion, plain and simple. And I won't be a party to it. I have a Zeikos battery grip on my D7000 and it have never had a problem with it (I believe it is made by the same company Nikon uses and the only difference is the lack of the name "Nikon").

Fortunately the 3rd party battery grips are starting to hit the market for the D800, the first one on Amazon is a MeiKe. So I'm wondering if anyone has a MeiKe for their other bodies and what their opinion is on them. MeiKe seems to get good reviews on Amazon but who knows how many of them are shill reviews vs. real reviews.

I totally agree about that price being extortion. Try this: MB-D12 Multi-Power Battery Grip for Nikon D800 D800E DSLR Camera | Linkdelight.com
