Nikon D750 is OFF but Control Panel still shows memory card items

The camera is OFF but Control Panel still shows memory cards and memory card indicators. The camera has been off about 7 hours. It does not seem to kill the battery or use much power. I do not know what to think of this.

That's normal. My D600 shows the same...My D200, and D300 just show the number of shots without the card slots...

Same with my D750. That's normal.

Every digital Nikon I've owned displays the memory card's remaining capacity when it is turned off, as long as there is a memory card installed.

It's defective. Send it to me and I'll have it fixed right up and back to you in, oh...... say........ four years. :encouragement:
