D7100 and sigma 18-200

Was offered a great deal yesterday for this lens

local shop can sell it to me for under $200. What do you all think of this lens. Looking for a nice walk around lens.

Anyone familiar with this lens? Really interested in it since I can get it for less than $200 new (shop no longer dealing with Sigma and dumping their supply, owner is holding lens for me).
