Am thinking of buying a used nikon d7100 with 29k count (body only) with a thirt party battery grip and nikon wireless mobile adapter for US$800 in great cosmetic conditions. and is just one year old.
Is this a good deal? does the shutter counts gonna mattered if i decide to sell it in the future? cuz is gonna be like 40k ish for a less then 2-3 years old camara.

When talking camera bodies, I wouldn't think too much about resale value. Because time alone can lower the value especially if a new model comes out. I generally look to shutter count not to figure on resale, but to figure it predicted longevity. Also to gather price values for what it should cost me, based on general trends in prices for that model in similar shape.
29k in actuations isn't too bad, the third party grip doesn't count for much in my book(a Nikon grip would be different altogether), and I can't say what the wireless mobile adapter is worth.
Someone else who has kept up on price trends for the D7100 will be able to help you better than me when it comes to value, since I'm a proud D300 and D700 owner. Lol)

Have you checked how much a new one is ? I have seen new D7100 bodies advertised for less than $1000 here in Australia, I would think they would be less than that in the US.

for $150 more id get a new one with warranty. the difference is too small. warranty is non transferable

As Brad said how much are they new there, ignoring the add ons you may get a new body for not much more,if its two years old the shutter count is normal usage if its only a year old its fairly heavy usage IMO

I'd pass, personally.

Refurbs from B&H are going for under $950 and for that you get a body with an actual warranty, essentially zero actuations and they toss in a memory card.
