you all have very good points, but it all comes down to what you use your camera for. complaining about dual memory card slots? sure d90 can save as jpegs and raw at the same time, but what if you memory card gets corrupted? hey having two slots will solve that problem. i never used video on my d90 much, but i really got into it with the d7k, if you search youtube videos made with the d7k you can find some very artistic ones that no "cheap" point and shoot camera is gonna let you capture because of the lack of good quality glass and options like the d7k has.
the d90 takes great shots, i was sad to let mine go, but the d7k shoots so nice at iso 6400, with my d90 3200 was pushing it, but really pushing it, even after pp.
you can't complaint about weather sealing??? that is a bonus, something that would allow you to take even more pics at any time, if you don't have it fine don't use your camera, but if you have it you will love it when the weather is not so great but your really want to get a picture of that bird or whatever on the fence but the weather is crappy. these are all improvements that will help us enjoy our equipment more, specially is the price is right, and the d7k price is excellent for what you are getting, even if you don't use every single option. I don't use the little green spot on my dial "Auto" but i ain't complaining that is there, if one day i'm lazy, hey is there.
the D90 is a great camera guys, like i said i loved mine, but i love even more my d7k. i use it more than my d700!!!
