Predictive AF on D600, D800 and D4 comparison.

I guess this proves one thing as far as the topic goes. The D600 fits in exactly where it was designed to. I'd also go so far as to say it does so in many other areas too...

I guess Nikon has a heck of a job in releasing new models (like all manufacturers), in that they have to design a model which fits between others, and...
1. Has enough features to attract those who don't have some of the features in lesser priced models.
2. Doesn't have too many features or updates, so as to suprecede existing models beside or above it thereby taking sales away from themselves.
3. Has some unique ooompphhh of its own to make people say "wow, look at that",, and the D600 has plenty of that, doesn't it..???

Although the D600 was no doubt borne from a cross between the D7000 and the D800, it is its own camera, which fits in a nice little niche between the two others...

Well done Nikon...
