D3100 lens adaptors

I gave some lenses to a friend who has a D3100 but unfortunately the lens do not fit her camera. Can you please advice me what's needed, I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this.

D3100 adaptors required for the following:

Telephoto lens- Opteka HD2 1:8.3-16 62mm 420-800mm telephoto

Wide angle lens - Bower Super wide 0.42X AF lens

2X converter - Opteka 2X

I am not a photographer so I hope members will understand the above and tell me what's required so the above lenses can fit the D3100. It would help if you gave a clear description for each adaptor so I know what to buy and possibly where online in the UK

You don't have enough info...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lens_mount

The above will give you an idea of the info needed...

Nikon uses an "F" mount ... Other cameras use different mounts/types... and some lens makers make the same lens with different mounts to mount to different cameras...

There are adaptors for nearly every thing... the adaptor simply makes a physical connection... Most do NOT make an electrical connection... meaning the D3100 may or may not function automatically, and will only function MANUALLY... meaning, for the lenses you listed... you might spend a lot of money for little value...

D3100 adaptors required for the following:

Telephoto lens- Opteka HD2 1:8.3-16 62mm 420-800mm telephoto
This will work: Opteka T-Mount Adapter for Nikon

However, you will not have auto-focus, or metering, when using the adapter, everything will be fully manual.

.....
Wide angle lens - Bower Super wide 0.42X AF lens
This will work: Bower T-Mount to Nikon F Mount Adapter ATN B&H Photo Video

Same restrictions as above... No auto-focus, no metering.

The 420-800 appears to be a 'T-mount'.
Amazon.com: Opteka 420-800mm f/8.3 HD Telephoto Zoom Lens Bundle Package includes 8GB Memory Card + 5 Piece UV-CPL-FL-Macro 10x-ND4 Filters + Snap On Lens Cap with Cap Keeper + Lens Pen + Air Dust Blower + $50 Gift Card for Digital Photo Prints + Cle

If I am correct, you just need a Nikon T mount
Amazon.com : UltraPro T/T2 Lens Mount adapter for Nikon SLR Mount. Fits Select Nikon SLR Digital Cameras. : Camera & Photo

As Fred said, fully manual. You will not get auto focus or metering on the d3100. Nothing. No help from the camera. The adapter is cheap, but if your friend is not an expert with her camera, she may not have any fun with this.

The 2x converter looks to screw onto the back of the lens, between the lens and the T mount adapter.
Amazon.com : Opteka High Definition 2X Telephoto Converter for Opteka 650-1300mm, 500mm and 800mm SLR Lenses : Digital Slr Camera Lenses : Camera & Photo

The Bower wide angle device looks to be a screw-on accessory device, like a filter. Likely it was not used with the 420-800 lens.

If you have a local camera store, you can probably get a T mount there and make sure it is correct. They are fairly common. Look at the camera end of the 420-800. It should have simple fine threads. It is possible there is some other camera adapter already on the lens. If so, it should simply screw off.
