Nothing wrong with refurbs as long as you bought from a reputable place that will take care of any issues for you (which it sounds like they will).

Put the 85 on it...put a girl in the frame head and shoulders...and call me in the morning...you're mind is fixing to be blown...DO NOT attempt to mount any non AI lens to that body...

ordered a 50mm 1.8d for it this morning. the afs ones are out of stock.

well its here!! getting used to layout. tried the 2 new lenses i got. works great!! trying other af lenses i have in a bit. will post some pics. also tried the sb-700, charge time is faster then my 3rd party flash. a little over whelmed with the difference than my 3100. feels more compfortable then the 3100 also. if you dont here from me in a few days its cause im playing!!lol

That magnesium body case is incredible isn't? Can't wait to see some of your snaps especially those done with the 85 AFS...
