Looking for a Point and Shoot compact camera - what should I get?
Hey everyone -
I'm looking for a Point and Shoot compact camera - what should I get?
Open to other brands if that is a better choice but obviously I enjoy Nikon's and would get that first....
Compact size - good zoom range - great images -- that's what I want
Price should not exceed $400 to fit in my budget.
Thanks - rickRick W

I was going to suggest the Fuji X10 since that is what I have as a compact companion. It is a little over your budget though.

I'm a huge fan of the Canon S series. My wife has a S95 and I use it a lot. Great glass, pocket friendly and able to shoot RAW. What's not to like?

My 14MP Nikon L120 with a 21x optical zoom is a great little camera! I recommend it as well, and it's around $200.

I just recently bought a Nikon CoolPix S6200 and love mine. It was about $189 with a extra battery, hard shell case and a 8gb memory card from Best Buy.
