What is the difference between the aw100 and the aw110???

What is the difference between the AW100 and the AW110... I purchased the AW100, which my daughter is taking to Europe for a few weeks visit and I was considering just giving that one to her and maybe purchasing an AW110 for myself.... just wondering of the difference, if any...

Easy just go to Lowepro's site and do a comparison - just like we would have to do

Re: What is the difference between the aw100 and the aw110???

Great, this is the first camera site I have ever been to.... although I have been involved in photography for maybe 40 years.... first digital was a D70 Nikon... had a Sony and another Nikon... S51, and now this aw100. I had a mishap with my little S51... left it in the car and the display froze and cracked... I don't suppose that can be repaired??? probably just buy another.... as mentioned, very likely stick with the aw100... have no real need for the upgraded functions on the aw110. .... also have a 4004 and an 8008 film type and a few lenses... as a licensed bondsman and PI, I use the digital for defendants and the film type for surveillance, etc....

thanks again, hope to read and learn a bit more on this site... really like the Nikon products including rifle scopes, range finders and binoculars.
