The D800 is now available for pre-order from retailers like Amazon and B&H. The D800 is $2,999 and the D800E is $3,299. Availability is late March & mid April for the D800E.

Got in line today for a D800E. Heard a rumor that the D4 is going to be mid next month due to a firmware bug.
