Photo shop CC stopped working

All it does is open a box saying my trial has expired,i know that, it expired several weeks ago so i subscribed and converted the trial ,not in the mood at the moment so will contact them later.

Thanks but i had already removed CC thinking i should be able to down load it again but of course i could only get trials,even going through my account page,ended up with online support for nearly two hours,handing over control to adobe and they sorted it,i know we shouldn't hand over control but i have nothing on my computer of any use to any one but me,not even remembered passwords,so now i think its working.
