We are having trouble loading games on my wifes Toshiba laptop,i tried the same games on mine and managed to get one to load by using the shift and insert key but the Toshiba does not have an insert key.Done the google search and have found its the caps lock or second in from the right at the top,tried them both alongside the shift but they dont work,any one any other ideas which could be the insert key on the Toshiba.

I don't know your keyboard layout but from what I read online, for some Toshiba it is the second key on the right-hand side of the spacebar.
It should be there somewhere since every keyboard has an insert option.
Thanks will try that later,at the moment my dear wife is cooling her frustration by playing a game already loaded.

The INSERT key is marked "INS" and it's in the upper right hand area.
