Question on Collage Poster

When creating a collage poster in PCC, once all the photos are laid out (with multiple layers), is there any way to add borders to each individual photo? I'm guessing not because I can't see any way to do it AFTER the photos are added to the collage. I know borders can be added prior to placing a photo on the collage, but I'd like to size the photos after they are placed on the background. If I put borders on the photos before adding them to the poster, when I drag on a corner to make each photo larger or smaller, the borders won't all be the same size from photo to photo, and I want white borders to make them look like old fashioned prints.

Thanks for any info! :)

done in picasa: I added the border after. Border size it looks like depends on original picture size. 1 MAY 152.jpg

Thanks for the info, but since I am starting with PSD files and will need to add text and drop shadows, I want to keep it in PCC. So this afternoon I worked on setting up a template with squares and rectangles that are 4x6, 6x4, 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 5x7, and 7x5. Then I had to figure out what size border to add.

My next step will be to crop the PSD files, but I need to subract the size of the border from the dimensions then extend the canvas and add the border to bring them up to the sizes listed above. It's very time-consuming.

If anyone knows how to add border to photos that are already laid out in PCC collage, please let me know. I still have more collage posters to create. ;)
